Sae Joon Choi is the head of Southeast Asia (SEA) and Korea Institutional Distribution. Based in Singapore, Sae Joon manages the institutional business development for SEA and Korea. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Sae Joon's financial experience began in 2003, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning in Global Investment Services. Prior to this, Sae Joon was employed by HSBC Global Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd and was responsible for business development and client servicing for South Korea's sovereign wealth funds, national and private pension plans, and other large institutional investors. He also was active in pursuing business development opportunities with the premier insurance companies in South Korea. Prior to this, he was a sales manager responsible for institutional sales and client services with Fidelity International Limited Asset Management. He also was an investor relations manager at Woori Financial Group in Seoul, South Korea.

Sae Joon earned a B.S.B.A. in finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
